The aromas and flavors tend toward green apples and peaches, with some pretty oak shadings. The finish is a little sweet.- S.H.

Technical notes

Grapes for this wine are sourced from a variety of areas in Northern California. The fruit was harvested relatively ripe to produce a medium-bodied style. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel and oak with approximately 50% of the blend undergoing malolactic fermentation to increase the wine`s complexity and mouthfeel. The wine was aged "sur lie" in tank for four months.
