Bright greenish-yellow with intense aromas of citrus fruits with herbal notes. On entering the mouth, intense, fresh, formidable in size, with fruit notes. Persistent, agreeable finish.

Wine maker notes

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. 12% of the mixture was fermented in French oak barrels and aged for 4 months.

Food pairing

Serve with fish and seafood, pan-fried pork chops or roast pork tenderloin. Also pairs well with goat cheese.
