One of the great Tuscan Sangiovese-based wines that thoroughly expresses the elegance of this grape. In this denomination, the main grape variety is Sangiovese. Cecchi employs red wine vinification at controlled temperatures for approximately 21 days. This is followed by 24 months of aging in small oak casks and an additional minimum of 3 months of bottle refinement. Intense ruby red in color, tending towards garnet with prolonged aging. The bouquet is characteristic of the varietal, an intense aroma of violet. On the palate, the Vino Nobile delivers supple tannins, balance, and wonderful structure.
