Appellation: 97% Arroyo Seco, Monterey; 3% Livermore Varietal Content: 97.4% Chardonnay, 2.6% Gewurztraminer Winemaker: Willy Joslin Aging: This lot of chardonnay was 85% Barrel fermented and 15% fermented in stainless steel. Aged 11 months sur lie in American oak barrels. 75% of the barrels were new and of medium toast. This wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation.
