The Southern Mediterranean, an area famous all over the world for its healthy cuisine, would not be complete without red wine. Our red NOTIOS (the Southerner) originates from selected, low-yield Agiorgitiko grapes of the hills surrounding Nemea. Situated in the heart of the vineyard, our small but modern winery painstakingly produces a pleasantly complex wine, which can be further aged an additional 36-48 months. This wine is best characterized by its intensity, its deep red color, its clarity and its elegance.
NOTIOS blends hints of gooseberry, butter caramel and a discreet wood fragrance, creating a particularly soft flavor with a low tannin content that underscores its rich, well-structured, velvety body.
