Domaine Tournon Shiraz Mathilda
3 day lead-time required to confirm availability Why?
Rhone Valley winemaker Michel Chapoutier founded Tournon in 2007 shortly after purchasing 123 acres in the Victorian Pyrenees and Heathcote. He recognized that two unique terroirs (Shays Flat Estate and Landsborough Valley Estate), with their diversity of soil and exposures would allow him to make distinctive Shiraz wine utilizing his biodynamic winegrowing philosophy. Named after the Hermitage commune, Tournon leads the movement in Australia towards elegant, balanced wines.
