The most traditional of the Iron Horse Sparklings. A ”classic” 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay, aged an average of four years on the yeast in the bottle. Wonderfully rich and creamy, it sends all kinds of memory bells that say ”champagne”, though the fruit is unmistakably Green Valley of Russian River Valley. It is vintage quality in every sense of the word.

Food pairing

Classic Vintage Brut is a food lover that shines inthe presence of all things spicy, salty or fried. Its classi partner would be a perfectly roasted chicken infused with flavors of fresh thyme and Meyer lemon. Eggs Benedict, lobster mac and cheese or French fries with truffle salt pair beautifully, while spicy tuna tartare makes for a sublime hors d’oeuvre.
